### sec.46 Additional advice or comment about assessment application
The chief executive may ask Coexistence Queensland for advice about an assessment application if—
the application relates to a resource activity in a priority agricultural area, the strategic cropping area or a priority living area; and
either—
the application is notifiable; or
in the chief executive’s opinion, the expected surface impacts of the resource activity are significant.
The chief executive or an assessing agency may ask any other person for advice or comment about an assessment application.
The chief executive may appoint a panel of experts to provide advice to the chief executive about an assessment application or a particular matter relevant to the application.

(sec.46-ssec.1) The chief executive may ask Coexistence Queensland for advice about an assessment application if— the application relates to a resource activity in a priority agricultural area, the strategic cropping area or a priority living area; and either— the application is notifiable; or in the chief executive’s opinion, the expected surface impacts of the resource activity are significant.
