### sec.37 Properly made submissions
A submission about an assessment application is properly made if the submission—
is in writing; and
states the name of each person who made the submission; and
states an address for service for at least 1 of the persons who made the submission; and
is received by the closing day for making submissions; and
is made to an assessor for the application in the way stated in the notice about the application.
- (a) is in writing; and
