### sec.109 Advice about existing assessment applications This section applies if an assessment application has been made, but not decided, before the commencement. Section 46(1) as in force before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the assessment application as if the Mineral and Energy Resources and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 had not been enacted. s 109 ins 2024 No. 33 s 176 (sec.109-ssec.1) This section applies if an assessment application has been made, but not decided, before the commencement.
