### sec.107 Stop work notices and restoration notices This section applies if, before the commencement, a person was given a stop work notice or a restoration notice for the carrying out of a resource activity in an area that is in the strategic cropping area under this Act. The person must comply with the notice. For subsection (2), the repealed Act, other than section 171, continues to apply as if this Act has not been enacted. In this section— restoration notice see the repealed Act, section 160(2). stop work notice see the repealed Act, section 157(2).
