### sec.105 Right of appeal on commencement
This section applies if, on the commencement—
a person had a right to appeal against a transitioned decision that relates to the carrying out of a resource activity in an area that is in the strategic cropping area under this Act; and
the person had not started the appeal.
The person may appeal against the decision and the Land Court must hear and decide the appeal as if this Act has not been enacted.
(sec.105-ssec.1) This section applies if, on the commencement— a person had a right to appeal against a transitioned decision that relates to the carrying out of a resource activity in an area that is in the strategic cropping area under this Act; and the person had not started the appeal.
(sec.105-ssec.2) The person may appeal against the decision and the Land Court must hear and decide the appeal as if this Act has not been enacted.
