### sec.98 How things are to be signed
For this Act, a person signs a thing—
by signing the person’s name in writing on the thing; or
if the person is unable to sign as mentioned in paragraph (a) —by making the person’s mark on the thing as a signature before another person who signs the thing as witness; or
if the person is unable to sign as mentioned in paragraph (a) or make a mark as mentioned in paragraph (b) —by having another person sign the other person’s name in writing, and write the other person’s name and address and the words ‘signed for the elector’, on the thing.
