### sec.96 Adjournment at both referendum and election This section applies if— the polling day for a referendum is also the polling day for an election; and the returning officer adjourns the poll at a polling booth under the Electoral Act 1992 , section 99B or 100 ; and the commission fixes a day for the taking of the adjourned poll under the Electoral Act 1992 , section 99B or 100 .
