### sec.91 Use of ballot boxes, polling booths and electoral rolls
If the polling day for a referendum is also the polling day for an election—
the same polling booths and ballot boxes may be used for the election and the referendum, but if the same ballot boxes are used, the ballot papers for the referendum must, by colour or marking, be readily distinguishable from the ballot papers for the election; and
the same electoral roll must be used for both the election and the referendum.
