### sec.50 Copies of application to be given to clerk of the Parliament and commission
The registrar of the Supreme Court must give a copy of the application to—
the clerk of the Parliament; and
the commission, unless the commission filed the application.

- (a) the clerk of the Parliament; and
- (b) the commission, unless the commission filed the application.
