### sec.16A Pre-poll voting offices The commission may declare for a referendum— a stated place (a pre-poll voting office ) to be a place where an elector may— make a pre-poll ordinary vote for the referendum; or make a declaration vote for the referendum; and the electoral districts for which a pre-poll ordinary vote may be made at the place; and the times during which electors are allowed to make a vote at the place.
