### sec.68 Definitions for part In this part— corresponding provision , for a repealed provision, means a provision of this regulation that provides for the same, or substantially the same, matter as the repealed provision. repealed , in relation to a provision of the repealed regulation, means the provision as in force from time to time under the repealed regulation. repealed regulation means the repealed Recreation Areas Management Regulation 2017 .
