### sec.43 Unlawfully displaying or disseminating notices or other documents
A person must not display or disseminate a notice or other document in a recreation area without the written approval of the chief executive.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply to a person—
displaying an official traffic sign in a recreation area under the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 ; or
displaying a notice in a recreation area under another law of the State or the Commonwealth.
In this section—
disseminate , a notice or document, includes distribute, drop or leave the notice or document.
(sec.43-ssec.1) A person must not display or disseminate a notice or other document in a recreation area without the written approval of the chief executive. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(sec.43-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person— displaying an official traffic sign in a recreation area under the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 ; or displaying a notice in a recreation area under another law of the State or the Commonwealth.
