### sec.39 Disposing of animal waste in particular areas— Act , s 125 This section applies to the following recreation areas— Cooloola Recreation Area; Fraser Island Recreation Area; Inskip Peninsula Recreation Area; Moreton Island Recreation Area. For section 125 (2) (c) of the Act , animal waste of a fish or crab taken in a recreation area, or a place adjacent to a recreation area, may be disposed of by burying the waste below the high-water mark and at least 50cm below the surface of land in the area. (sec.39-ssec.1) This section applies to the following recreation areas— Cooloola Recreation Area; Fraser Island Recreation Area; Inskip Peninsula Recreation Area; Moreton Island Recreation Area.
