### sec.25 Using motorised vessels on lakes or watercourses A person must not use or operate a motorised vessel on a freshwater lake or watercourse unless— the person is using or operating the vessel in accordance with a written approval of the chief executive; or using or operating the vessel on the freshwater lake or watercourse is authorised by a regulatory notice. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. - (a) the person is using or operating the vessel in accordance with a written approval of the chief executive; or - (b) using or operating the vessel on the freshwater lake or watercourse is authorised by a regulatory notice.
