### sec.99 Regulatory notices
This section applies for an activity that—
relates to a public health and safety act; or
under this Act may be authorised, regulated or prohibited by a regulatory notice.
The chief executive may erect or display a notice (a regulatory notice ) in, at or near the entrance to a recreation area or part of the area to which the notice relates.
If the chief executive erects a regulatory notice, the notice must—
be easily visible to passers-by; and
specify the limits of the area to which the notice applies; and
state the activity to which it applies and how the activity is authorised, regulated or prohibited.
The notice may expressly state that a contravention of a requirement of the notice is an offence against this Act and the penalty for the offence.
(sec.99-ssec.1) This section applies for an activity that— relates to a public health and safety act; or under this Act may be authorised, regulated or prohibited by a regulatory notice.
(sec.99-ssec.2) The chief executive may erect or display a notice (a regulatory notice ) in, at or near the entrance to a recreation area or part of the area to which the notice relates.

- (a) relates to a public health and safety act; or
- (b) under this Act may be authorised, regulated or prohibited by a regulatory notice.
- (a) be easily visible to passers-by; and

- (c) state the activity to which it applies and how the activity is authorised, regulated or prohibited.
