### sec.94 Application to transfer authorisation under commercial activity agreement The other party to a commercial activity agreement (the seller ) may transfer the authorisation under the agreement to another person (the buyer ). The seller and the buyer must apply to the chief executive to— approve the transfer; and if the chief executive approves the transfer, give effect to the transfer under this division.
