### sec.89 Nature of commercial activity agreements
A commercial activity agreement—
authorises the party to the agreement other than the chief executive (the other party for the agreement) to conduct, subject to the conditions stated in the agreement, the commercial activity stated in the agreement in the recreation area, or the part of the recreation area, stated in the agreement; and
may be transferred in the way mentioned in division 6 .
