### sec.83 Chief executive may request further information
The chief executive may, by written notice, ask the applicant to give the chief executive further reasonable information by the date, not less than 20 business days after the applicant receives the notice, stated in the notice.
If the applicant does not, without reasonable excuse, give the chief executive the further information by the stated day—
the application is taken to have been withdrawn; and
the chief executive must give the applicant written notice stating that—
under this section the application is taken to be withdrawn; and
the applicant may make a new application.
However, the chief executive may extend the period for the applicant to give the further information.
(sec.83-ssec.1) The chief executive may, by written notice, ask the applicant to give the chief executive further reasonable information by the date, not less than 20 business days after the applicant receives the notice, stated in the notice.
