### sec.76 Requirements for process of deciding
Subject to section 70 (3) , any process the chief executive considers appropriate may be used to decide which expressions of interest should be further negotiated toward a commercial activity agreement.
Without limiting subsection (1) , in considering an expression of interest, the chief executive must have regard to—
the matters the chief executive must have regard to for considering an application for a commercial activity permit; and
any other matter the chief executive reasonably considers relevant.
(sec.76-ssec.1) Subject to section 70 (3) , any process the chief executive considers appropriate may be used to decide which expressions of interest should be further negotiated toward a commercial activity agreement.
(sec.76-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , in considering an expression of interest, the chief executive must have regard to— the matters the chief executive must have regard to for considering an application for a commercial activity permit; and any other matter the chief executive reasonably considers relevant.
- (a) the matters the chief executive must have regard to for considering an application for a commercial activity permit; and
- (b) any other matter the chief executive reasonably considers relevant.
