### sec.59 Steps to be taken after permit application decided (other than commercial activity permit) If the chief executive decides to grant the application, with or without conditions, the chief executive must, as soon as practicable after making the decision— for an organised event permit to be issued with conditions—issue a permit to the applicant and give the applicant an information notice about the decision; or for any other permit—issue a permit to the applicant. If the chief executive decides to refuse the application, the chief executive must as soon as practicable after making the decision— for an organised event permit—give the applicant an information notice about the decision; or for any other permit—tell the applicant about the refusal.
