### sec.55C Amending conditions of permit
The chief executive may amend or omit a condition of a commercial activity permit, when the permit is renewed—
at the request of the permit holder; or
on the chief executive’s own initiative.
However, the chief executive may amend or omit a condition, subject to section 55D (3) (b) , only if the chief executive reasonably considers it is necessary because of an amendment that may be made to a commercial activity permit under section 61 , 63 or 64 .

(sec.55C-ssec.1) The chief executive may amend or omit a condition of a commercial activity permit, when the permit is renewed— at the request of the permit holder; or on the chief executive’s own initiative.
(sec.55C-ssec.2) However, the chief executive may amend or omit a condition, subject to section 55D (3) (b) , only if the chief executive reasonably considers it is necessary because of an amendment that may be made to a commercial activity permit under section 61 , 63 or 64 .

- (b) on the chief executive’s own initiative.
