### sec.55A Form of commercial activity permit A commercial activity permit may be combined with either or both of the following— a commercial activity permit granted under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 ; a permit to conduct a commercial activity in a State forest or timber reserve granted under the Forestry Act 1959 .
