### sec.46 Requirements for grant of application for organised event permit The chief executive may grant an application for an organised event permit only if the chief executive considers there is adequate insurance cover for the activities proposed to be conducted under the permit. However, subsection (1) does not apply if the chief executive considers insurance cover is not required having regard to the nature of the activities. s 46 amd 2014 No. 63 s 11 (sec.46-ssec.1) The chief executive may grant an application for an organised event permit only if the chief executive considers there is adequate insurance cover for the activities proposed to be conducted under the permit.
