### sec.35 Terms of permits
A permit is given for the term stated in it.
The term must not be more than the following—
for a camping permit—30 days;
for a vehicle access permit—1 year;
for an organised event permit—1 year;
for a commercial activity permit—
if the commercial activity permit forms part of a joint permission—the term stated on the joint permission; or
otherwise—3 years.
The permit expires—
for a commercial activity permit—
if an application is made under section 55B —on whichever is the earliest of when the application is decided or 3 months after the day when the permit would otherwise have expired; or
otherwise—at the end of the term of the permit; or
for any other type of permit—at the end of the term of the permit.

(sec.35-ssec.1) A permit is given for the term stated in it.

- (a) for a camping permit—30 days;

- (d) for a commercial activity permit— (i) if the commercial activity permit forms part of a joint permission—the term stated on the joint permission; or (ii) otherwise—3 years.

- (ii) otherwise—3 years.
- (i) if the commercial activity permit forms part of a joint permission—the term stated on the joint permission; or
