### sec.33 Chief executive may enter into cooperative arrangement for approved management plan The chief executive may enter into an agreement or other arrangement with the following persons about the preparation, amendment, review or implementation of an approved management plan for a recreation area— a person, or group of persons, including relevant Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander entities for the area, having a special interest in the area; or a person representing a person or group mentioned in paragraph (a) . - (a) a person, or group of persons, including relevant Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander entities for the area, having a special interest in the area; or - (b) a person representing a person or group mentioned in paragraph (a) .
