### sec.25 Preparing draft amendment
The Minister may prepare a draft amendment of an approved management plan.
The draft amendment may apply, adopt, or incorporate (with or without modification) the provisions of another document, whether of the same or a different kind.
A provision of another document applied, adopted or incorporated is the provision as in force from time to time, unless the draft amendment expressly provides otherwise.
(sec.25-ssec.1) The Minister may prepare a draft amendment of an approved management plan.
(sec.25-ssec.2) The draft amendment may apply, adopt, or incorporate (with or without modification) the provisions of another document, whether of the same or a different kind.
(sec.25-ssec.3) A provision of another document applied, adopted or incorporated is the provision as in force from time to time, unless the draft amendment expressly provides otherwise.
