### sec.243 Existing legal proceedings continue A legal proceeding that could have been started or continued under the repealed Act by or against the Queensland Recreation Areas Management Authority or the Queensland Recreation Areas Management Board before the commencement of this section may be started or continued by or against the State under this Act.
