### sec.241 Existing directions, requirements, notices and decisions continue A direction, requirement, notice or decision (the authorisation ) given or made under the repealed Act is, if its effect is not exhausted at the commencement of this section, taken to have been given or made under this Act by— if the authorisation was given or made by the Minister—the Minister; or if the authorisation was given or made by the authority or the board—the chief executive; or if the authorisation was given or made by an authorised officer—an authorised officer. - (a) if the authorisation was given or made by the Minister—the Minister; or - (b) if the authorisation was given or made by the authority or the board—the chief executive; or - (c) if the authorisation was given or made by an authorised officer—an authorised officer.
