### sec.238 Management plans being prepared This section applies to a management plan for a recreation area being prepared under the repealed Act. To the extent the process of preparing the plan has been completed under the repealed Act, that part of the preparation is taken to have been completed under this Act. The remaining processes required to make the plan an approved management plan may be completed under this Act. (sec.238-ssec.1) This section applies to a management plan for a recreation area being prepared under the repealed Act.
