### sec.225 Delegation by Minister
The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified public service officer.
A delegation of a power may permit the subdelegation of the power to an appropriately qualified public service officer.
In this section—
appropriately qualified includes having qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
a person’s classification level in the public service
(sec.225-ssec.1) The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified public service officer.
