### sec.200 Summary proceedings for offences Proceedings for an offence against this Act are to be taken in a summary way under the Justices Act 1886 . The proceeding must start— within 1 year after the commission of the offence; or within 1 year after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge, but within 2 years after the commission of the offence. (sec.200-ssec.1) Proceedings for an offence against this Act are to be taken in a summary way under the Justices Act 1886 .
