### sec.169 Power to require driver or person in control of vehicle, vessel, aircraft or recreational craft to give reasonable help
An authorised officer may require the driver or the person in control of a vehicle, vessel, aircraft or recreational craft—
to give the officer reasonable help to enable the vehicle, vessel, aircraft or recreational craft to be boarded or entered under section 168 (2) ; or
to bring the vehicle, vessel, aircraft or recreational craft to a specified place and remain in control of it at the place for a reasonable time to enable the officer to exercise the officer’s powers in relation to it.
A person must not contravene a requirement under subsection (1) , unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
