### sec.149 Return of identity card
An individual who ceases to be an authorised officer must return an identity card issued to the individual under section 145 to the chief executive within 21 days after ceasing to be an authorised officer, unless the individual has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
