### sec.141 Requirement to notify chief executive of particular changes
This section applies to the holder of an authority if a change of any of the following happens—
the holder’s name;
the holder’s postal, residential or business address;
if the holder is a corporation—the person in charge of the activity carried out under the authority.
The holder must before, or immediately after, the change happens—
give the chief executive a written notice stating the nature of the change; and
if the change relates to a matter stated on the authority—apply to the chief executive for an amendment of the authority to reflect the change.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
In this section—
authority means a permit, commercial activity agreement or other authority.
holder , of an authority that is a commercial activity agreement, means the other party to the agreement.
