### sec.13 Recording amendment or cancellation of agreement
After a recreation area agreement is amended or cancelled under section 12 (3) , (5) or (6) , the chief executive must give notice of the amendment or cancellation to the registrar of titles.
The registrar of titles must—
if the agreement is cancelled—remove reference to the agreement from the relevant register; or
if the agreement is amended to remove its application from the whole of a lot—remove reference to the agreement in relation to the lot from the register.

(sec.13-ssec.1) After a recreation area agreement is amended or cancelled under section 12 (3) , (5) or (6) , the chief executive must give notice of the amendment or cancellation to the registrar of titles.
