### sec.125 Unlawful disposal of offensive or harmful substances
A person must not bury or otherwise dispose of, or leave, a noxious, offensive or harmful substance or animal waste in a recreation area.
Maximum penalty—120 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply to the animal waste of a fish or crab taken in a recreation area, or a place adjacent to a recreation area, if a person deposits or disposes of the waste—
in a receptacle provided by the chief executive specifically for depositing or disposing of the waste; or
in the way required by a regulatory notice; or
in the way prescribed under a regulation.
In this section—
animal waste means offal, a carcass or skeleton.
