### sec.123 Unlawfully bringing plants into recreation areas
A person must not take a plant into a recreation area unless—
it is for consumption by humans as food; or
the person takes the plant into the area in accordance with—
the chief executive’s written approval; or
a regulatory notice; or
a corresponding authority; or
a regulation.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
In this section—
plant includes part of a plant.

- (b) the person takes the plant into the area in accordance with— (i) the chief executive’s written approval; or (ii) a regulatory notice; or (iii) a corresponding authority; or (iv) a regulation.
