### sec.116 Unattended fires
A person who lights or assumes control of a fire in a recreation area must put the fire out before leaving the fire.
Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply to the person if another person assumes control of the fire before the person mentioned in subsection (1) leaves the fire.
