### sec.103 Consultation with stakeholders about declarations (other than immediately)
This section applies if the nature or extent of activities being conducted, or to be conducted under a commercial activity permit or a commercial activity agreement would be significantly affected by the making of a regulation under section 102 .
The chief executive must, give the holder of the permit or the other party to the agreement a written notice stating the following—
consideration is being given to the making of a regulation under section 102 ;
the holder or other party is invited to make written submissions, in relation to the proposed declaration.
The submissions must be made to the chief executive—
at the address stated in the notice; and
within the period, of at least 20 business days, stated in the notice.
The chief executive must consider all submissions received in response to the notice.
(sec.103-ssec.1) This section applies if the nature or extent of activities being conducted, or to be conducted under a commercial activity permit or a commercial activity agreement would be significantly affected by the making of a regulation under section 102 .

- (a) consideration is being given to the making of a regulation under section 102 ;
- (b) the holder or other party is invited to make written submissions, in relation to the proposed declaration.

- (b) within the period, of at least 20 business days, stated in the notice.
