### sec.4H Orders of court or judicial person This section applies if, under an Act or an order of a court or judicial person, a copy of a record under the Act must not be made available to a person. This division does not apply to a request for a copy of a transcription of the record or for a copy of the record in the form of an audio record— made by the person; or if the request is made by the person and 1 or more other persons—to the extent the request applies to the person. s 4 H ins 2023 SL No. 18 s 4 (sec.4H-ssec.1) This section applies if, under an Act or an order of a court or judicial person, a copy of a record under the Act must not be made available to a person.
