### sec.4D Request for copy of audio record This section applies if— a person makes a request to the chief executive for a copy of an audio record; and a copy of the audio record is available in electronic form. If the person pays, or enters into an agreement to pay, the fee for the request, the chief executive must issue the person a copy of the audio record in electronic form as soon as practicable after receiving the request. s 4 D ins 2023 SL No. 18 s 4 (sec.4D-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person makes a request to the chief executive for a copy of an audio record; and a copy of the audio record is available in electronic form.
