### sec.4B Recording may be continuous This section applies if a courtroom is equipped with recording equipment to be used for the purposes of this Act. Matter in the courtroom may be recorded by that recording equipment whether or not a legal proceeding is taking place in the courtroom. s 4B ins 2008 No. 59 s 121 (sec.4B-ssec.1) This section applies if a courtroom is equipped with recording equipment to be used for the purposes of this Act. (sec.4B-ssec.2) Matter in the courtroom may be recorded by that recording equipment whether or not a legal proceeding is taking place in the courtroom.
