### sec.14 Declaratory provision for Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2005
Despite section 11 (4), the destruction of the record on a master-tape before the commencement of section 11 (5) as inserted by the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2005 , section 139 is authorised if the record was a digital recording that had been replicated onto a separate data storage medium.
