### sec.19 Accredited persons for rail safety investigation fee— Act , s 59 For section 59 (1) of the Act , an accredited person is prescribed, in relation to a period prescribed for that section, if the person is a rolling stock operator with effective control and management of the operation or movement of trains that travelled, in total, more than 1.5 million km within Queensland in the previous calendar year.
