### sec.13 Evidence—authorised persons Evidence by an authorised person that the authorised person used a device for carrying out a preliminary test on a specimen provided by a rail safety worker is, unless the contrary is proved, sufficient evidence that the device was a device approved by regulation for the purposes of the test.
