### sec.10 Dealing with blood specimens A duplicate specimen of blood given to a rail safety worker from whom a specimen of blood for a laboratory test was obtained must be dealt with by the health care professional in the same manner as if the duplicate specimen were a specimen of blood for a laboratory test. In this section— duplicate specimen see section 33 (4) of the Act . (sec.10-ssec.1) A duplicate specimen of blood given to a rail safety worker from whom a specimen of blood for a laboratory test was obtained must be dealt with by the health care professional in the same manner as if the duplicate specimen were a specimen of blood for a laboratory test.
