### sec.8 Modification of particular terms in Rail Safety National Law for this jurisdiction For the purposes of the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) , the definition of authorised person in the Rail Safety National Law, section 4 (1) is taken to read— authorised person means a person appointed under section 124 ; For the purposes of the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) , the laws prescribed for the definition of occupational health and safety legislation in the Rail Safety National Law, section 4 (1) include the Electrical Safety Act 2002 .
