### sec.51 Certificate by health care professional about taking of specimen
This section applies if a health care professional takes a specimen of saliva for analysis, or a specimen of blood for a laboratory test, under this part.
The health care professional must sign a certificate in writing stating—
that the health care professional took a specimen of saliva for analysis, or a specimen of blood for a laboratory test, from a rail safety worker; and
the name of the worker; and
the date on which, and the place and time at which, the specimen was taken.
(sec.51-ssec.1) This section applies if a health care professional takes a specimen of saliva for analysis, or a specimen of blood for a laboratory test, under this part.
(sec.51-ssec.2) The health care professional must sign a certificate in writing stating— that the health care professional took a specimen of saliva for analysis, or a specimen of blood for a laboratory test, from a rail safety worker; and the name of the worker; and the date on which, and the place and time at which, the specimen was taken.
- (a) that the health care professional took a specimen of saliva for analysis, or a specimen of blood for a laboratory test, from a rail safety worker; and
- (b) the name of the worker; and
- (c) the date on which, and the place and time at which, the specimen was taken.
