### sec.4 Application as law of this jurisdiction The Rail Safety National Law— applies as a law of this jurisdiction with the modifications set out in this part; and as so applying may be referred to as the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) ; and applies as if it were an Act. See section 6 for Queensland legislation to which the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) does not apply. See section 7 for the relationship between the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) and mining safety legislation. See section 10 for the industrial relations status of ONRSR under the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) . See sections 12 and 13 for the legal treatment of offences under the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) .
