### sec.35 Compliance with direction to provide specimen of blood for laboratory test
This section applies if a rail safety worker is directed under this part by an authorised person to provide a specimen of the worker’s blood for a laboratory test.
To comply with the direction, the rail safety worker must allow a health care professional to take the specimen when, and in the manner, directed by the health care professional.
